Charging $10 to park seems kind of steep. I've never seen more than $5 any other parks I've been to. Hopefully the money goes to benefit the campgrounds.

One of my favorite places ever! It does cost to park and visit here now, however they have added picnic areas and upgraded the parking lot it's excellent

Cool little nooks and crannies are all through the brush and scrub trees at the top of the beach. Great shady spots to hide from the wind, get some privacy for changing, or even spend the night (if you don't get caught).

I really like this jetty and worth a visit. Does cost $10 to park there. Good fishing and nice beach area.

This one star review is not a comment on Barview jetty as it is a beautiful place filled with a variety of all those things you come to expect when you visit the beach. No this comment is about the $10 per day use fee for parking near the jetty. I can no longer afford to go to my favorite fishing spot. Now I am forced to drive several miles to find an affordable spot where I can just fish. I used to come to the jetty at least three times a week. And now I have to make it a special trip maybe once a month as I find the $10 fee to be cost prohibitive on a daily basis. I would like to see the county start a monthly or seasonal pass that could be discounted for local residents. I understand that it takes money to run the government, but to put this on the backs of those who can afford at least is unjust.

This way leads to Foghorn but its uneven. Beatiful Tidewater along the Jetty of Pacific Ocean.

Love the little campground here.
Low tide in cool month harvest mussels off the jetty. Also fish off the left side for rockfish.

Nice secluded beach barred by the levy. Great for kids and close to the camp ground! Fire pits welcome!

The rocks going down to the tide pools are rough and sharp. Pretty area though

My favorite place in Tillamook to watch the waves. Wishing no fees for local landowner/taxpayers however. Many of us seniors can no longer get out and walk on the beach or view easily from parking lots.

Love going to this place for peace. It's so powerful and has so much meaning to me as I've spread my Grandpas ashes there.

An amazing place to spend an afternoon fishing, hanging with the best squirrels in all of Oregon or walking the beach. There is a little something for everyone here.

One of the craziest experiences out on a jetty for me, rockfish slammed one after another! Crabbing was stellar!

Best jetty fishing on the Oregon coast. Can get a little packed, but jetty fishing never feels too crowded.

The jetty and Park area have plenty of space for parking. It’s a beautiful view from the jetty especially when there’s a lot of waves crashing. I know it’s a very dangerous jetty when the storms come in but on days that the weather is not bad it’s a great place to visit. In fact I just had my wedding there on the north side of the jetty on the beach. It was a beautiful day and about 63° outside. Plenty of parking for family and friends and beautiful pictures!

This time around the kids liked the tide pools just outside the campground: exploring, building forts, and beach combing. It is an Awesome place for watching beautiful sunset: it is a romantic place for walking the beach at sunset and or sunrise. Had a good time camping. I only camped one time (7/4/18), gf was an experienced camper and made it enjoyable.

Great place to park and explore the tide pools along the jetty. You might also walk through the campground to get to the end of the jetty and the beach and ocean. Depending on the day you can watch the waves crash against the jetty or wade around in the ocean. Anytime you are there it is a beautiful day!

I love going to the Jetty, there's plenty of parking and a beach connected to the "walkway" it's quite long and a bunch of large rocks to guide your way. The beach is nice to stick your toes in the sand. I personally like to go there for sand castles and it's less crowded epecially in the summer time on the coast.
