Rockaway Beach Resort & Conference Center
Rockaway Beach Resort is a reasonably priced beachfront hotel and conference facility for both team work and family exploration amidst Oregon’s scenic capes. Most units are 1 bedroom condos of 600 to 800 square feet with full kitchen and either 1 or 2 baths. We host gatherings of all types with multimedia, catering, and transportation. We are delighted to include a variety of other venues in a complete conference experience.

First time at this resort and it was a perfect cozy place. Was very clean and was nice to have everything but food at the place. It definitely has a perfect view of the ocean. Will definitely be back

This hotel was in a great location, right in town, on the beach. Balconies are closed I imagine because of structural reasons. Room was big, beds comfortable. Pool was warm and fun to swim in! Building is definitely older but clean.

Twin Coho has beautiful ocean front views but property is run down. Broken picnic tables, furniture and beds are awful. I would not recommend. For the price I expected better!

I loved that rockaway beach resort was away from the touristy crowds. It was driving distance to seaside, cannon Beach, and Tillamook. The pool and hot tub was clean and you can't beat ocean front rooms for the price they offer. TV channels didn't work but who cares? We had access to rent over 500 dads at the main office for free to wind down too.

We had the best time here was a bit of a bummer the balconies were closed and out room didn't have an oven but we made due but it was beautiful perfect size for my husband and I and our 2 babies. Probably the best trip we have been on in 5 years. Can't wait to go back!

Very dated. We were on second floor. People above we could hear every foot step. Shower curtain was to short. Had to wait for towels at pool. Internet was excellent. We had fog 70% of the time. Horrible parking. Lost electricity for an hour.

Best in the business, hands down. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I think not only is this a beautiful location but the staff truly completes this place. If a resort has a bad staff, it’s not worth the stay. Thank you RBR for always taking care of us during our family vacations to the beach.
The only down side is not being able to swim in the pool longer. Their hours are different almost every time we go there, and they close 2 hours earlier than most pools… disappointing but at least we get to swim in a heated pool all year round! 🤷🏻♀️ can’t complain too much really, it’s a clean, well kept establishment. Just please consider keeping the pool open until 10 pm 7 days a week like everywhere else 😩🙏🏼😇

I love the park it's a wonderful place to go walking the playgrounds are awesome for the kids and I'm so glad they started the water sprinklers my granddaughter loved it it's a wonderful place for a barbecue I can't wait till they open up the carousel that is also awesome

This is our time share. We love it. Staff can be grouchy, they been there way too long. If you can overlook that, a great place to vaca.

Superb view from our patio. Right on the ocean with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. Rooms are nothing special but they are clean and well equipped.

Good location. Nice ocean view. WiFi was poor. Cooktop in kitchenette was poor. Rain leaked in through top of glass slider door.

I loved my stay at Rockaway Beach. The staff was very nice and accommodating. I was on the 2 nd floor with no elevator and some heavy bags. She got the "guys" to help me get my stuff to my room. The view from my patio was the best. The ocean was right out the door. I will stay there again in the spring or summer so I can enjoy more of the outdoors. It was a rainy week when I stayed.

Friendly staff. Excellent views of beach and ocean. Conveniently close to town of Rockaway Beach. Best beach access on that section of coast. Nice electric fireplace. Good wifi. So much for the good. Covid restrictions mean basically no amenities such as bikes, movie rentals, pool....
In room cooking is marginal with small stove, combined microwave mini oven and no garbage disposal. Rooms and exteriors are a bit shopworn.

So much fun! Burgers are amaze. Rick the owner is the best singer on the coast hands down. Want to have fun karaoke ? This is definitely the spot. Can't wait til covids over.

We enjoyed staying on the beach at this establishment. The resort is a little antiquated but by no means does that detract from the adventures there. The resort is literally on the beach. One can walk for miles in either direction. Kite flying, sand sculptures, skim boarding, swimming (for those who don't mind cold water), reading, sleeping, roasting marshmallows, and more fun is available 24/7.

They have all sorts of cool stuff to look at and buy! Definitely a tourist spot!! Only downfall was it was BEYOND crowded and there's a lot if tight spaces!

Big rooms right on the beach, at reasonable rates and good amenities (indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, game room to get the kids out the room on rainy winter days).

Right on the beach. Even with the sliding glass door closed, you can hear the ocean surf ?. Since the bedrooms are in the back of the unit, the sound will not keep you awake. Limited parking, so if you bring more than one vehicle you might have some issues. Over all, a place you can relax in. No smoking or pets allowed.
