Troxel's provides so much delight and whimsy, it's a must-stop if you are traveling to or through Rockaway Beach. In addition to a nice collection of rocks, gems, jewelry, and more, they offer bike rentals and have an outdoor rock garden and mini-golf area that is one-of-a-kind. On top of this you will also get very fair prices and topnotch customer service. Please support this awesome local business, they try harder here!

My extended family(3 families, several kids) stood on the sidewalk for some time yesterday looking at all the rocks they have here. There are many, and they're beautiful. 1 child took 1 small rock, donated a dollar, and the owner gave us the bird as we drove away. Despite us having bought stuff in their shop just a few minutes earlier. Don't bring kids here. I'd love to see this video of yours. It seems this misunderstanding might be yours.

There are really cool gifts, old school trinkets, new and thrifted clothes, as well as books, dvds, etc ( and SO much more). Just a random mix or new and used things. The owner has a great personaliry- joked with our 6 year old and "haggled" with him (my son had ro tell him a joke). Just good people with a good little shop.

absolutely love this place, such reasonable prices for such good quality crystals. Owners are very friendly and funny, can’t even come up with something bad. They also have really cheap mini golf and rocks/ crystals outside that you choose how much to pay for. 100% recommend!!!

Shared a snack and drinks with friends last evening in the new location. Space is totally different before but welcoming with smiling faces. Back bar is top cabin and a cut above all other RB meeting places.

Love this place! Something for everyone. I love the clothes and gift items. My sons both picked out some fun stickers.

My family and I stopped in yesterday. I like rockhounding...so that is what I did. My husband and brother in law played miniature golf and had a great time. It will be fun to stop back in.

The selection was great, price's where reasonable as well. My only let down was the customer service. Not only was the man extremely impatient but extremely rude, insulting my 8 year daughter and her collection. Not a shop I would recommend taking children into if this is how they treat them. I felt like knowing him off his hoverboard but decided against it.

This place was literally a hidden gem!! The owners (and their dog rocky) were such nice and wonderful people. The mini golf area is a true work of art and the amount of amazing rocks and geodes that were there blew my mind! Must visit this place when you come to Rockaway Beach 👍🏻

What an amazing experience and what a cool idea, the rock garden is such a cool unique place and I was able to find a few beautiful rocks and gems that spoke to my heart. The owners are so knowledgeable, friendly and fun and their dog is a cutie too! I cannot wait to return to Rockaway beach just to visit this place again.
Ps I left a small smokey quartz of my own, it felt like it needed to be there.

I travelled a long way from my hometown to get to this Gem shop. Was mostly Jewelry. I was looking at the Cabochons they had and they were horribly over priced for the kind of Gems they were. I found one that I liked, but the price was outrageous. It is understandable, as it's stationed in a coast town. If you have a money limit of under forty dollars, I would not recommend going here.

The owners are just amazing folks. I went in to look and left with beautiful bookends, a necklace, a charm, and several other polished beauties. Please visit when you’re in town. I can’t wait to come back. I’ve been thinking about it since I visited last summer.

The owners are incredibly friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Their selection is awesome & they are totally willing to work out amazing deals for precious stones, gems and jewelry. The Rock Garden is an epic work of art, sure to delight children, rockhounds, artists, tourists, and everyone in between!
